The Young Artists Harp Program for ages 14-19 (pre-college) is a
full-immersion program providing young players a comprehensive overview of

Music Festival P.
June 24-July 29, 2017 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Age 14-23. Orchestral
training institute. Every student rehearses six times a week and presents a
full-length concert of standard orchestral repertoire. The two Young Artists
Orchestras are of equal ability; seating assignments change weekly, and
students generally perform with both orchestras during the course of the
Festival. They are held to the same professional standards as our faculty
regarding performance, attendance, and punctuality. Students may also
perform with the faculty orchestra and visiting artists. Student to faculty

in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Instructor: Ann Yeung, An intensive three-day
class with Ann Yeung that offers the possibility of morning and afternoon
master classes, private lessons, harp ensemble, recitals, and the
participants' recital on the final evening. Limited number of participants.

Arts Camp Harp Programs
Intermediate Division June 24 - August 7, 2017. Interlochen,
Michigan. Students work with world-renowned conductors, teachers and guest
artists in private lessons, studio classes and harp ensemble. Students have
opportunities to perform as soloists, in small groups and with large
ensembles. Instructor: Joan Raeburn Holland. Auditions are required.

International Harp Festival
L, P. May 25-28, 2017 in Danville (San Francisco Bay area),
California. Three levels of workshops; seminars; yoga; concerts. Two days of
workshops for the advanced, preprofessional and professional harpist, and
two days dedicated to the young student harpist. Presenters and performers
include Kim Robertson, Felice Pomeranz, Frank Voltz, Julie Ann Smith Jessica
Siegel, Jennifer Ellis.

The Vancouver Symphony
Orchestral P. June
25 – July 4, 2017 at Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Students will be
immersed in a collaborative musical environment alongside and mentored by a
world-class symphony orchestra, under the direction of the VSO's
internationally acclaimed music director, Maestro Bramwell Tovey.
Participation in the Whistler Institute Orchestra, chamber music, individual
and group coachings, as well as a variety of unique performance
opportunities. Whistler Institute Orchestra 2016 program includes Richard
Strauss’ Don Juan. The harp students will be coached by Elizabeth Volpé

Young Artist's Harp Seminar

Mountain Academy Summer Music Festival,
L, P. July 23-August 5, 2017 in Fayetteville, West Virginia. Harp
students ages 12-23, intermediate to advanced. Harp students will have
lessons 2x weekly, work closely with other student musicians and a faculty
leader in chamber music groups (harp ensemble and/or mixed instruments), and

Connecticut Valley Harp Intensive Summer Camp

overnight available. Campers will select between a solo, ensemble-based or
